I’m not surprised. Even though the rotary rules have been a change for the better, there are still people who are clueless. Driver inattention and/or multi-tasking seem to account for most of these accidents. What really honks me off is that this individual had the unmitigated gaul to leave the scene of the accident. Not only is it illegal but it shows what a selfish, thoughtless cow she really is.
