To the editor,
I have been reading up about and talking to the people who are now going to work on Sunday. And their fears are what mine were when I was working for a local retail store in 2004. I proudly voted “no” to Sunday shopping. And guess what? We “no” voters won. Or so we thought. Well, it seems that if enough asses complain, the world will change for them and their greedy ilk. They do not care for their workers. It seems that if you do not work Sundays your hours will suffer. So a big raspberry to anyone who will abuse their workers. Workers, you need to unite and make sure you get what you need. One word: unionize.
