To the editor,
Can you please tell me what qualifications your food reviewer, Liz Feltham, has, if any?
She sure doesn’t know good food when she tastes it. I am the dining room manager of Syn restaurant and have worked in many restaurants and hotels over the past 15 years. Over the years I have seen many menus, and Syn is by far one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to work in. The food is top notch and the service is impeccable. Yet Ms. Feltham gave the restaurant a bad review and gave KFC a good review—unbelievable! I urge the public to dine with us to judge for themselves.
