[image-1] Halifax Cultural Affairs is searching for artists to participate in a variety of ventures within the city. The Open Projects 2011-2012 invites anyone with creative interest and an investment in civic spaces to propose installations, intended for public domain. Artists are encouraged to consider their environment and submit ideas that give the area new energy. Submission deadline is 4pm on Wednesday, June 1. Non-profit arts organizations are encouraged to take part in an HRM Residency Initiative.
