Chapel Hill brings the celebs

Nope, she’s not a serial killer, she’s a local form-fitter who’s worked in Hollywood, and she owns a clothing store at the corner of Spring Garden and Brunswick called Chapel Hill (5407 Spring Garden, 422-7150).
