Genji Sushi (184 Wyse Road, 452-3761) has set up shop just across the bridge in Dartmouth, and they’ve got plenty to get you squirming in your sushi-loving boots. The Japanese restaurant features an all-you-can-eat buffet with dozens of sushi varieties, fried rice and udon soup for $21.99. They’ve only been open for a month, but business is already growing.
“Every week is better than last week,” says co-owner, Rocky Hao. “I think people like the price, and our quality is also good…some people have already been back six or seven times.”
Hao got the idea to open a buffet-style sushi restaurant while working in Toronto. All-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants are on every corner there, he says, so he decided to see if Haligonians had the same sushi-cravings. Apparently, we do.
Genji sushi is open seven days a week, from 11am-10pm Monday to Thursday and 11:30am-10pm Friday through Sunday.

I have been there 3 times. Good quality and very nice staff. Shrimp Tempura is awesome.
Similar to Happy Sushi, who also do a great job.
Try not to go on Friday nights as the university students show up in masses and it slows everything down.
A definite go to place.
nice place, worth to try!
