Beloved Halifax eatery Le Bistro (1333 South Park Street, 423-8428) has reopened in its original location on South Park Street. Former manager and now owner Liz Ingram-Chambers has revived the original’s warm and friendly atmosphere. Familiar favourites on the menu include French onion soup, beef bourginion, and the Moroccan crepe, everything house-made with fresh ingredients by chef Brad Bowden. New items to encourage diners include pomme frites with garlic aioli.
