Downtown lifestyle and urban fashion boutique 24 Twenty Eight (5181 Sackville Street, 440-7957) has been open a year, and to celebrate co-owner Logan Hudak is having a bit of a party on Friday, September 9. “I would love to raise a glass with you all and hope this is just the beginning,” he explains in an email.
