To the bus driver who not only denied letting me on but was incredibly rude about it: Was that really necessary? On Canada Day of all days, one question about whether I could get on before or after your break and you deny my ride altogether, telling me to catch the next bus after I’d waited 20 minutes for you to show up? Thanks for making me take a taxi. Sorry you were having a bad night, but don’t take it out on random people just trying to get around town. I think I’ll stick to driving from now on.
