So, often I hear people getting all frustrated with the past, saying like “omg she said this and this wasn’t right and he doesn’t care” etcetc. Two things: Life doesn’t always cater to your specific egoic desires, and also, the time is right now. Every infinite fraction of a second is a new time to look forward, be aware of what’s going on around us and take action towards something that we want. Right now. Always! Once accepting what has come to pass and focusing on what’s happening right now, oh my, all those dramas are just so, irrelevant to what’s happening, right now!
Just throwing that out there 🙂

  1. I think pseudo-intellectual is about right. I hate this condescending drivel. Go write a self-help book and get your head out of your ass, that’ll do us all a favour and help us to “go forward”. I think what happened here is that somebody is in the middle of an MBA and just got introduced to “Somebody Moved My Cheese”.

  2. The world according to you. I bet you think you are cleaver or really insightfull, you are just so full of Sh**

  3. The OP has probably been watching too much Oprah. They also appear to have missed the part about how getting frustrated with people who get frustrated with the past is pretty much the same as getting frustrated about the past, i.e. the result is the same.
