To the female bus driver of the #1: You greeted each passenger as they got on and made small talk with everyone while you had a great big smile on your face, and that was just lovely! Thank you so much for being so chipper and keeping a happy face even while you’re driving in such terrible conditions. Today was such a dreary day, but you managed to brighten it up for me.
