Le French Fix Patisserie (5233 Prince Street, 497-5308) now offers massage therapy, this is knot a joke—health, balance, awareness and french pastries. Alison Capstick has been a massage therapist for 10 years in Halifax. “I specialize in sports massage, rehabilitation, pre-natal, and stress reduction,” she says. Capstick’s recently joined forces with Le French Fix to combine the best of both worlds— a relaxing massage and the delicious, mouthwatering french delights. “Indulge in a massage and then have a dessert and coffee afterwards,” she says. Sounds like the best day ever. Capstick is accepting new clients (email her at alisoncapstick@yahoo.ca to book an appointment). And with ECMW25 approaching, Le Fix is joining the fun. On March 9 it’ll be presenting Live at The Fix, a show featuring Dan Doiron, Dan Voltan and Matt Andrews. The fun starts at 2pm.

It’s a fucking patisserie, not a massage clinic!
Fix the weak coffee and commercially produced goods (espcially the macaroons), enhance the baked goods selection and add more lemon!
Massages won’t cut it. I predict the French will pull out soon…
