To the very, very kind gentleman at the DMV this afternoon: you helped me to move my car after I failed my driving test when the previous tester just took off leaving my car illegally parked when he knew I couldn’t legally move it. Your patience in showing me what I did wrong (which the other guy didn’t bother) and your tips to help me do better next time helped me to feel better, and probably saved me from crying! I noticed you were wearing a SMU alumni ring from 1994 … its clear you had a much better education and professional manner than your co-worker. It is so nice to know that people will still go well out of their way to help others and you are a shining example for your workplace.
