Two of Halifax's top bridal shops join forces

Break out the bubbly: Two of Halifax's bridal stores are getting serious. The pair of downtown shops, Winchester's (1479 Dresden Row) and Felicity Bridal (5151 Salter Street), have announced they'll be combining their wedding expertise to become Chester & Felicity Inc., which will take over the current Winchester's space—you may have already noticed that renovations are underway. It's been reported that Felicity will have a great big closing sale before their lease ends in January, but we're waiting to hear back on all of those important details.
