Fast folk rocker Eugene Ripper is making Halifax the fourth and final stop on his pan Canadian CD release in support of his new album "Fast Folk Underground III [Quiet Light]" Ripper, formerly of seminal Toronto band Stark Naked & The Fleshtones brings both his hard strumming barn burners and worldly storytelling ballads to the Carleton stage.Transplanted Californian Heather Green is performing in support of her latest album "Your Last War" (produced by Daniel Ledwell). Green writes smart, tuneful songs and sings them with the conviction they were written - it's gonna be a great night of music and songs.
