West Side Story workshop

Adults and mature teens can work on the songs and choreography from the musical West Side Story. Participants will learn the jazz and latin dance style of choreographer Jerome Robbins, in scenes from 'Cool Boy' and 'America'. Dance instructor is New York dancer Candice Prior who performed on Broadway with the American Dance Machine and toured Evita. Vocal instructor Antonia Pigot teaches contemporary commercial vocals at Carleton University in Ottawa. Call 423-6995 or email [email protected] to register. Must register by July 22.
