Except the culprit is that fine western Canadian label Nettwerk and its intentions are more altruistic. Part of the proceeds go to the Sarah McLachlan Music Outreach, which offers free music education to inner city youth in Vancouver. So if that justifies recycling two- to three-year-old tunes from Sarah Harmer and Dido, so be it.
