Two-Spirit cultural workshops and pride celebrations

Indigenous LGBTQ and Two Spirited folk are invited to this series of workshops, held daily from Jul 19 to 21, focusing on "Mi'kmaw worldviews about gender and sexuality, youth leadership, decolonization and reconciliation as a Two-Spirits, and understanding the nature of intersectionality as Two-Spirits." Event organizers add there will be complimentary cultural events to celebrate Pride as Mi'kmaq, Indigenous, Two-Spirit and LGBTQ in contemporary Mi'kma'ki.
