This Sunday afternoon fashion meets passion for cycling. Intrigued? Getting involved is easy. Step one: dig out your best coat, newsboy cap, tweed trousers and suspenders. If your closet isn't looking as 1900s as you wish it did, grab your Sunday best---those clothes that make you feel good, maybe even those pumps you've never biked in. Step two: Meet some other stylin' folks on the waterfront and parade your fine self through town because, damn, people deserve to see those duds. "People think you can't dress up and get on your bike without getting dirty, so it's changing that idea," says I Heart Bikes' Sarah Craig (see step four for more). Step three: Arrive at the North Common, snack on treats and tea from Local Source, vogue for Fashion East bloggers and their cameras and then join in on Open Street Party festivities. Step four: Give Craig and I Heart Bikes a big thank you for representing the internationally loved Tweed Run tradition to Halifax.
