Well... the last federal government may have said it was a bad idea but they were not about to intervene since it was the province's decision so that's a moot point. Halifax did this like five or six years ago (mayor swam in the harbour and everything) and our harbour is just as polluted as ever!

You can dress like a woman all you like, and i personally don't think you should be made fun of for it but that's just me.... that being said how the hell are you gonna go out dressed in womans cloths and not expect that to happen?
