A lovely, bright and well rounded Tidal Bay—a workhorse, if you will. It sits firmly in the middle of the gradient of Tidal Bays, not too sweet and not too dry, perfect for a shrimp pasta or some seared scallops.

Blomidon Estate 2014 Tidal Bay
Blend: L’Acadie Blanc, Seyval Blanc and New York Muscat
This national award winning Tidal Bay is a bit on the drier side, with a hint of sweetness to round it all out. You’ll find wonderfully refreshing hints of grapefruit, melon and a warm gust of tropical notes in this slightly off-dry white, perfectly paired with some fresh Atlantic lobster or grilled salmon.
