Named after Hugh MacLennan's book The Watch That Ends The Night, chef Mark Gray's neighbourhood eatery pays homage to Canadian cuisine and preservation. A bar well-stocked with craft beer, local wine and creative cocktails compliment a menu of approachable dishes, executed by head chef Janie Bogardus.

Cured meats and fermented foods, time-worn dishes re-imagined by chef Mark Gray and a bar that's well-stocked with rum round out this slick new joint's offerings.
