Are Made of People

The Tragedies
Are Made of People
(Just Friends)
This lo-fi offering by The Tragedies resembles the recent release by fellow SuperCitizens The Fantods. Both are arty, folky, funky albums by merry bands of misfits with a live-from-the-floor feel; the main differences are that The Tragedies have a more polished sound, and a snazzy new wave-style keyboard. “Projection” is a busy, fun anthem and “Brent’s Song” is reminiscent of early Super Friendz. Indie rock with a good sense of humour, Are Made of People is an interesting listen.
