The kick-off to the year's Halifax Oyster Festival, the Pearl Jam sees some of the city's brightest culinary stars (think Stillwell's Joe Martin and Brooklyn Warehouse's Stephanie Oglivie) create a menu showcasing some of the world's best bivalves.
