A missing will leaves an uncle's legacy in doubt, and two estranged cousins, women who are meeting for the first time in 20 years, find they hold opposing views as to whether to preserve some of the family farmland for a conservancy or enrich themselves by turning it into a development project. Set in a Nova Scotia seaside town.
