To the editor,
Regarding the story "Halifixes: New Year's solutions for Halifax" (January 4)—I think you forgot to write "southern" before Halifax. As a long-time Halifax resident I am concerned that your 14 greatest fixes were all located south of the Halifax Common, in a geographical area that barely covers 25 percent of the peninsula. Frankly, with four writers and five pages, I would expect a greater scope. It's unfortunate no mention was made of potential fixes to the other two-thirds of the city. Thank you for reminding me what really needs fixing in this city!
