Where do I begin.

1) Price gouging.

2) Terrible repair service (I've had to take mine back three times now for issues that should have been discovered and fixed the first time around). Other mess-ups include, service guy attempt to directly bill me for a repair that was covered under AppleCare because of negligence (read the serial number wrong)

4) Staff not knowledgeable. Everything is behind lock and key so it is impossible to browse if there's more than 3 people in the store. E.g. asked to purchase a set of apple in-ear headphones with mic and remote. Staff member insisted that Apple had no such product. The earphones were right behind is work station, in full-view.

Also each time I've picked up my computer there has been adhesive residue on the case, presumably from something sticky.

If you are expecting Apple quality care and support (and you're used to an actual Apple Store) forget it. The sooner these authorized resellers are fazed out the better.
