I am sorry, but this is just insane. Anyone from the Mid/Upper Sackville Community knows Brad Johns as a mythical creature of sorts. One that never returns phone calls, only shows up to meetings when there are cameras and being a genuinely unpleasant person to speak with. He continues to be re-elected because he is often uncontested and when he DOES have opposition, they run poor campaigns. He maybe 'under-valued' for the work he does in his chair at city hall -- but he certainly isn't valuable to our community.
