Sheryl Crow |
The Very Best of |
(A&M/Universal) |
It’s career year 10 for rock-country innovator Sheryl Crow. This 17-song collection of Crow’s top 40 hits doesn’t come with many frills. It does, however, include her new cover of Cat Stevens’s “The First Cut is The Deepest” done typical Crow style, and the lame but catchy Kid Rock duet “Picture.” It’s definitely missing some gems, but if you don’t have the cash to go out and buy all of her full-length albums, this one will at least tease you with the popular songs. |
