Based on the tragic love story of "Romeo and Juliet," "Rome & Jewel" is set in the neighborhoods of Los Angeles against a backdrop of interracial romance. Coming from two completely different worlds, Rome and Jewel meet at a party, and it is love at first sight. This doomed romance ensues and causes jealousy, betrayal... and murder.
