Ingredients
½ cup steel cut oats
1 ½ cups water
½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
¼ fresh or frozen blueberries
½ banana, sliced
½ peach, sliced
2 tbsp almond or pumpkin seed butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
⅓ cup

Instructions
In a small pot, bring water to boil, then add steel cut oats. Turn down to simmer and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats have become tender and the liquid has reduced. Add the milk in the last minutes of cooking. Put the oats in a bowl, and top with the remaining ingredients.
