    You should check whether your boss knows the person they hired or not.
    More often than not, outside hires are general a friend or a family member, especially in such a situation. I haven't been there myself but certainly saw it happen. Especially when it comes to unqualified family members.

    You think that's bad! I love the drivers who were born here and are in the 40s, who have been driving in the snow for at least 25 years lol.
    They still don't know how to drive on a good day. The simplest skill to master.
