Remarks: The expired elevator inspection is an old On Patrol favourite, dating back to when now-superintendent Laportno was just a rookie parking enforcement officer-in-training. But we couldn't resist this one---what better way to drum up business for medical centre businesses than to subject visitors to potential injury on the building's elevator? Universal didn't respond to our email...hmmm, maybe the same person who answers the email is responsible for getting the elevator inspected.
