A totally twee and also free outdoor movie watching mecca in the heart of Spryfield arrives just in time for summer! Things kick off with a weekend of horror flicks—Night Of The Living Dead and Let The Right One In July 12 and 13—before the Summer Solstice-themed weekend (July 19 and 21) sees the spot showing the sustainable food doc 6 Primrose on the Friday and Endless Summer, a 1966 surfer classic, on the Sunday. August 16 is the 2001 anime classic Spirited Away and August 17 screens My Neighbor Totoro, a Japanese animated film from the 1980s. September 6 and 7 see showings of Terminator 2 and Metropolis, respectively, and the closing weekend is all-ages with Hunt for the Wilderpeople on September 20 and Swallows and Amazons September 21. Held at the Spryfield Urban Farm, across the street from 75 Rockingstone Road.
