Re: “Mezza Lebanese Kitchen, Barrington Street

I was treated more rudeley than I could ever have imagined possible here.

I was walking downtown one night I wanted to go in and grab a bite to eat and a drink before heading out with some friends. I walked and and really REALLY had to go to the washroom, and since there was a lineup... I did. Only to have some guy jump out in front of me and yell at me saying it was for customers only.

I told him I planned on getting food and a drink but that I really had to use the washroom first, but he basically just yelled at me some more, as if he were in a drunken rage or something. I couldnt believe it.

I told him he was being %@$#ing rude, (pardon) and as I walked to the door to leave, he put his hands on me and shoved me, quite violently. It was completely unexpected and unneccessary. I was so stunned at what was happening.

After another small verbal spat I left, and I very was happy to see 4 to 5 customers actually walk out of the store with me after having witnessed that scene. How dare any employee put their hands on a customer, ANY customer like that.

All this for needing to use the washroom first? The end result of this whole incident was me walking away still hungry and still needing to piss, and at LEAST 5 lost customers for them.
