Merritt a fight

Annual theatre awards roll out the red carpet on March 23.

Does it get any more dramatic than theatre awards? Nova Scotia’s theatre peeps strut the red carpet for the Merritt Awards on March 23, which is being held at Neptune Theatre this year. If real life mimics the stage, it could get nasty in the Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actor category as Shakespeare by the Sea’s Othello (Troy Adams) is pitted against his evil nemesis Iago (Jeremy Webb).
