Matthew Good

Live At Massey Hall

Matthew Good
Live At Massey Hall
(Universal)
Since splitting from the Matthew Good Band in 2002, its namesake (one Mr. Matthew Good) has since enjoyed relative success with his brand of seething intellectual rock. Following his most recent tour, Good has bestowed upon his fans the recording of his stint at the famed Massey Hall in Toronto. This double-disc package is a faithful representation of his live show, which is comprised of a healthy dose of Good's more recent solo work with a smattering of MGB crowd pleasers to keep the crowd chomping at the bit. If you missed Matt Good when he hit the Cunard Centre earlier this year, this album is the next best thing to actually being there.
