I never got to go to Applebee's because my friend had called to make a reservation for a group of us, which they took... but the Manager called back the next day to say they had written it down incorrectly and they didn't have space. My friend said that she found this annoying, and the manager hung up on her! I can only imagine what the service would have been, since the manager will treat people like that.
