In everything I have heard and read about cat concerns, I have yet to see any reference to the fact that our furry feline friends provide a valuable service. Just last week I watched a neighbour’s cat walking in front of our house on Henry Street, carrying in his mouth, his latest catch, another neighbour’s unwelcome mouse guest. Has Council considered that reducing cat mobility will result a significant increase in our city’s rodent population?
