Letters to the Editor
Why am I always so disappointed with The Coast each week? As the city's "alternative" publication, you are supposed to provide insightful, leading edge coverage of news and culture from entertaining and educational journalists. Instead we are bombarded weekly with the horrific "writing" of hacks like Ian Gormley and Shannon Webb-Campbell. These people are not journalists, they are posers and wannabees. Having lived in other parts of the country, I have had the good fortune of enjoying publications that actually matter.Yours has absolutely no impact upon the hearts and minds of the local population. Let's face facts: The Coast has become an irrelevant ad rag.
