When: Sat., July 9, 12 p.m. 2011

Starting at the Wave (behind the Maritime Museum) the convoy of Samba Nova, Halifax Circus, The Thunderbolts, The Woods, Booty Boppin' Brass Band and way more will make it's way all the way down Lower Water Street to the new festival tent.
