Jane's Walk: Daylighting the Sawmill River

A Jane's Walk is an outdoor step session held in honour of Jane Jacobs, famed urban planning activist who fought to make cities like New York and Toronto more walkable. This walk, departing from Lion's Beach Park (10 Nolan Street, Dartmouth), discusses the process of brining the Sawmill River back to the surface after being buried in a pipe for 45 years.
