Humani-T offers baked goods

Cafe in Super Natural just gets better and better

Popular north end vitamin and supplements store Super Natural Health Products (5755 Young Street, 454-9999) turned part of its space into a fully fledged cafe in 2010 called Humani-T, and now is offering another weapon in its arsenal of tastiness: baked goods! We’re talking Persian-style baklava, oven-fresh muffins, plate-sized cookies and fluffy, fancy cakes. Also very much worth considering when visiting is the array of gelato, a selection not seen since the demise of Dio Mio. Consider the Persian Rose gelato, made with rosewater and saffron for a taste unique to Halifax. As an added incentive you’ll receive a free canister of Premium Neekoo loose tea with a purchase of a single scoop of the Persian Rose gelato and a Prince of Persia tea.
