Dear Liz Feltham,

We would love to heat your buns for your burgers but don't have the equipment yet ("Like a rock," Dec 15). We'll get there. But keep in mind, you can always ask to have it heated, Wayne will. Also, we have a handful of customers who request home-cut fries, and as long as it's not busy, Wayne will peel and cut them. Right now, there is not enough demand so he has to use frozen to cut back on waste. Keep your eyes open for our "Back to the 50s" day, where the prices will drop and the poodle skirts and saddle shoes come out. It should be a hoot. Thank you for your kind remarks; we are still in the baby stage, so feedback is important to us.
