To the editor,

I was skimming the classified ads in another local paper and I noticed an ad in the business personals section. It said simply "exotic kittens" and listed a phone number. If I were law enforcement, I would be suspicious and check it out. People in the community are allowed to advertise their phone numbers and solicit sex. Obviously they make money at it or there wouldn't be so many. Unfortunately there is a market for pedophiles, too. Why should we allow these avenues of law breaking? Why are we such hypocrites? No strip bars, but let's sell sex in the daily paper? In my opinion, clubs are safer because they're regulated and no one can get away with raping a child in a public place. But in the privacy of someone's home on the other hand...
