Halifax Music Club: Cyndi Cain, DRUM! Rehearsal Party

Members of DRUM! are celebrating their upcoming performance at the Vancouver Olympics by partying at the Halifax Music Club this Wednesday, with Cyndi Cain and her new outfit performing as the evening's house band. The show also marks the start of the Music Club's African History Month performances, which will run throughout February. "If there's one way I can think of celebrating Black History Month, it's by keeping that 'melting pot of sound' moving, and celebrating the tradition of song and story," says Music Club host Cory Bowles. This week (and from now on) the show starts at 9:30pm, so get there early to catch the show. –Holly Gordon
