Hello did you read the article? your commute is quciker because rush hour has expended from 3 to 4 hours. Which in ENglish because it obviously neeeds to be spelled out for you---- people are leaving earlier and gettng home later than they used too, which is helping you personall because you still leave when you left for work pre strike but you best thank thousands who are leaving their families earlier to make your ride easier. You are so selfish!!!
