Remarks: It’s hard to fault a group for trying to beautify a part of their city. And yet, here we are. Everybody knows, December is the time for wreath-y decorations—February is reserved for tacky pink heart-shaped schmaltz. A rep from the Business Commission told us that the adornments are supposed to light up, but they’ve run into problems… though, that hardly seems relevant at this point. Lit or unlit, those things are more stale than a month-old Toblerone.
