The clock on the side of the CBC Radio building has been missing for more than a week, leaving a barren off-white rectangle in its wake.

Remarks: ProFac handles some of the maintenence duties for the CBC Radio building. Apparently, the sign is only temporarily displaced while it goes through a series of repairs (we can only assume this will involve a frenzied screwing/unscrewing of yellow light bulbs). In the meantime, frustrated commuters will be forced to rely on their dashboard panel if they need to know the time. Worse, they'll be left with only a vague notion of the outdoor air temperature. If it all seems too much to bear, good news - Gillis assures On Patrol that a refurbished clock will likely be back and fully operational sometime in the coming week.

Who's Responsible?: Sarto Gillis, SNC Lavalin ProFac Inc. 468-6230.

  • No amount of money is worth the environmental damage
  • Let’s invest in renewable energies instead
  • Depends how much cash I, personally, will receive
