Fid hosts Grand Pre chef 

Jason Lynch to cook local

Downtown eatery Fid Resto (1569 Dresden Row, 422-9162) has invited Jason Lynch, executive chef at Le Caveau, to prepare a meal for 50 lucky people on Wednesday, January 19. The three-course menu will include white beans, lamb porcini risotto, seasonal vegetables, valley apple turnover, local blackberry ice cream and more.
